Thinner than a human hair if just one kilo of flour was made into a single extra long noodle, it would stretch over two-thousand kilometers. After winning official recognition by the London-based Guinness World Records Li Enhai demonstrated his noodle mastery in Urumqi. It took less than two minutes. Li is famed as "The Noodle King" in China. And this latest stunt has been a full 26 years in preparation.
