UPDATE: I picked up a 4 pack of solar lights for $15 at Walmart today at lunch. I was there to pick up some cheap hangars and thought I'd take a look. At ~$3.75 it was even cheaper than just the bare bones solar parts online so I just had to get it. Guess I've committed myself to this project =X Stay tuned...
