Neither do I for some reason. Whenever other people get them and go buy stuff I always wonder why they never mail them to me. Sometimes there's some pretty kool stuff that I'd probably not buy without a coupon, but since it's something I might want, I'd go ahead and purchase it anyways haha. Pretty smart way for Costco to market additional goods. My dad always seems to purchase what's really a year or two supply of Ziplock bags when they have a $5 off coupon. The cabinet is filled with them and he sometimes gives them away to relatives lol. I decided to email Costco to figure out why I wasn't receiving these coupon books, and they got back to me, stating that I'd opted out of mailings. I gave them my address and asked for them for them to opt me in. Ideally I'll receive the next coupon book, but who knows.
